การพัฒนารูปแบบการผลิตทุเรียนนอกฤดูกาลของเกษตรกร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและการพัฒนารูปแบบการผลิตทุเรียนนอกฤดูกาล ของเกษตรกรตำบลตลิ่งชัน อำเภอท่าศาลา จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือเกษตรกรที่ทำสวนทุเรียน และมีประสบการณ์การผลิตทุเรียนนอกฤดูกาลมากว่า 10 ปี และมีพื้นที่สวนทุเรียนมากกว่า 10 ไร่ โดยการสังเกตปรากฏการณ์ สัมภาษณ์รายบุคคล สัมภาษณ์กลุ่มและการสัมมนาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัญหาการผลิตทุเรียนนอกฤดูกาลของเกษตรกร ตำบลตลิ่งชัน อำเภอท่าศาลา จังหวัดนคร ศรีธรรมราช พบว่าการเกิดโรคไฟทอปธอรา ที่เกิดกับทุเรียนที่มีน้ำขังบริเวณโคนต้น และการติดตาต้นกล้าทุเรียน สูงจากพื้นประมาณ 20 เซนติเมตร พบว่าอัตราการตายของต้นทุเรียนมีมากและอายุของต้นทุเรียนจะลดลง

2. การพัฒนารูปแบบการผลิตทุเรียนนอกฤดูกาล ของเกษตรกร ตำบลตลิ่งชัน อำเภอท่าศาลา จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช เกษตรกรมี ความคิดค้นเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบการผลิตทุเรียน โดยใช้วิธีการปลูกทุเรียนปรับพื้นที่ บริเวณหลุมปลูกเป็นรูปหลังเต่าหรือกระทะคว่ำใช้ดินตักใส่ต้นทุเรียน แทนวิธีการขุดหลุมปลูก วิธีการติดตา ต้นกล้าทุเรียนสูงจากพื้นดินประมาณ 1 เมตร แทนการเสียบยอดต้นกล้าทุเรียน พบว่าต้นทุเรียนมีโอกาสเกิดโรค ไฟทอปธอราน้อยกว่าวิธีการขุดหลุมปลูกลงไปในดิน และการเสียบยอดต้นกล้าทุเรียน การแต่งผลทุเรียนโดยเน้น เก็บไว้เฉพาะผลทุเรียนที่อยู่สูงขึ้นไป แทนการเก็บผลทุเรียนที่เก็บไว้ทั่วทรงพุ่ม ผลทุเรียนมีลักษณะรูปทรงที่ เท่าเทียมกันและน้ำหนักของผลทุเรียนไม่แตกต่างกัน

The Development of The Productionmodel  of The Durian Seasonof Farmers

The purposes of this research is to study the problem and develop a production model durian season of farmers inhabit at Taling Chan sub-district, ThaSala District, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. The samples used in this researchare farmers made durian orchard and durian season production experience for more than 10 years and have durian orchardmore than 10 acresby observing, personal interviews, group interviews and the seminar analyzes.The findings of this research were as follows :

1. The problem of the productionmodelof thedurianseasonof farmers at Taling Chan sub-district, ThaSala District, Nakhon Si Thammarat province, it was found that begetting of phytophthora Leaf Fallcaused to the water around the stem and persistence durian seedling height of about 20 cm.As a result, mortality rates are much and durian age is reduced.

2. The development of the productionmodelof thedurianseasonof farmers at Taling Chan sub-district, ThaSala District, Nakhon Si Thammarat province have the invention of the durian production models by means of the area planted durian planting hole is cambered or pan upside down, which put durian soilinstead of dig the planting hole and persistence durian seedlings about 1 meter above the ground instead of plugging the durian seedlings. Found that the rate of phytophthoraLeaf Falldiseaseless than the planting hole dug into the ground and attach a durian seedlings.The author emphasizes the fruit stored only the fruit higher up instead of picking the fruit stored throughout the canopy.The shape of the fruit at parity and weight of durian is no different.
