การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาการพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ ศูนย์แพทยศาสตรศึกษาชั้นคลินิก โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครศรีธรรมราช มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการจัดการเรียนรู้ของศูนย์แพทย- ศาสตรศึกษาชั้นคลินิกโรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครศรีธรรมราช 2. เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ ของศู นย์ แพทยศาสตรศึ กษาชั้ นคลิ นิ กโรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครศรี ธรรมราชประชากรที่ ใช้ ในการวิจัย คือ ศิษย์เก่า ศิษย์ปัจจุบัน ผู้ใช้บัณฑิต โดย การเลือกแบบเจาะจง ศิษย์เก่าที่จบการศึกษาไม่เกิน 5 ปี เนื่องจากประชากร กลุ่มนี้ยังจดจำภาพรายละเอียดต่างๆ ขณะที่เรียนอยู่ศูนย์แพทย์ฯ ได้เป็นอย่างดี ศิษย์ปัจจุบันที่เป็นนักศึกษา ชั้นปีที่ 5 เลือกนักศึกษากลุ่มนี้เนื่องจากมีประสบการณ์ในการเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการจัดการเรียนรู้ขณะที่เรียน อยู่ศูนย์แพทย์ฯ และผู้ใช้บัณฑิต เลือกผู้บริหารโรงพยาบาล พยาบาล เจ้าหน้าที่ ญาติผู้ป่วย ผู้ที่เคยได้รับการ รักษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นการสัมภาษณ์ลึก และสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการ พัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ศูนย์แพทยศาสตร์ศึกษาชั้นคลินิก โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครศรีธรรมราช

ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ในแต่ละชั้นปี ด้านความรู้ที่สำคัญเมื่อสำเร็จการศึกษา เข้าไปปฏิบัติงานยัง โรงพยาบาลชุมชนให้ศูนย์แพทย์ เพิ่มกิจกรรมที่สร้างเสริมบุคลิกภาพของหมอ ซึ่งเป็นบุคคลที่สังคมให้ความ สำคัญสูง ในด้านงานบริการสังคม มนุษยสัมพันธ์ชุมชน ทักษะการให้เกียรติผู้ป่วย การวางตัว มารยาท การพูดจา ความรู้ด้านวิชาการบริหารหน่วยงาน ส่วนการจัดการเรียน การสอนเสนอแนะให้อาจารย์แพทย์ มีการจัดทำแผนการสอนในภาคทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติที่ชัดเจน มีเทคนิคการสร้างบรรยากาศการสอนให้น่าสนใจ การสร้างพลังและแรงจูงใจให้ผู้เรียน สร้างความสามัคคีในกลุ่มแพทย์เพื่อชาวชนบท ด้านการบริหาร ศูนย์แพทย์ฯ ควรสร้างความพร้อมเรื่องอุปกรณ์การทำหัตถการ และการประสานสร้างความสัมพันธ์ ความผูกพันระหว่างรุ่นพี่ รุ่นน้อง อาจารย์ ด้วยกิจกรรมสัมพันธ์ตามความเหมาะสมเป็นระยะ

This research was studiedthe development learning managementMaharaj Nakhonsit­hammarat Hospital Medical Education Center. The purposes were to study of state the de­velopment learning managementMaharaj Nakhonsithammarat Hospital Medical Education Center, and to study the pattern of the development learning management Maharaj Nakhon­sithammarat Hospital Medical Education Center. The samples used in this study were alumni, current students, and the graduate.By purposively selected the alumni who graduated less than 5 year. However these populations remember the details when study at Maharaj Nak­honsithammarat Hospital Medical Education Center. Current Students that study the fifth year who has experience for development learning management, study at Maharaj Nakhonsitham­marat Hospital Medical Education Center. And the graduatewas selected hospital management, nurse, authorities, and relatives ofpatients, and who had been treated. The instruments used in collecting data were depthinterviews, and group discussion. The result wasthe development learning management Maharaj Nakhon-sithammarat Hospital Medical Education Center for learning in each grade, the essential knowledge when they graduate to practitioners provides medical centers community hospitals, and add to enhance the personality of the doctor that featured high society person. The Social Services, community relations, patient’s skill for honor, posing, manner of speaking, and academic knowledge to agencies management. The learning and teaching recommend preparingthe lesson plan for theory and practice, to building technique Interesting atmosphere to teach. Creating and motivate learners to create unity among the doctors to the rural population.Management’s MaharajNakhonsithammarat Hospital Medical Education Center should establish procedures along with equipment and building relationships and coordination between junior, senior and teacher with the appropriate activity relative periodically.
