แนวทางในการบริหารจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ โรงเรียนเทศบาลวัดชัยชุมพลเทศบาลเมืองทุ่งสง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพ ความต้องการและแนวทางในการบริหารจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร (ICT) เพื่อเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ โรงเรียนเทศบาลวัดชัยชุมพล เทศบาลเมืองทุ่งสง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ในครั้งนี้ได้แก่ กลุ่มประชากร เป็นครู จำนวน 58 คน ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 17 คน และนักเรียนโรงเรียนเทศบาลวัดชัยชุมพล ได้มาจากการเปิดตารางแสดงจำนวน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน จำนวน 248 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ เกี่ยวกับสภาพความต้องการและแนวทางในการบริหารจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสารเพื่อเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบัน การบริหารจัดการ ICT เพื่อเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ โรงเรียนเทศบาลวัด ชัยชุมพล จากผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยภาพรวมทั้ง 5 ด้าน มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ความต้องการในการบริหารจัดการ ICT เพื่อเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ โรงเรียนเทศบาล วัดชัยชุมพล ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยภาพรวมทั้ง 5 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก

3. แนวทางการบริหารจัดการ ICT เพื่อเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ โรงเรียนเทศบาลวัดชัย ชุมพล โดยสรุป ได้แก่ควรมีการจัดหาจัดสร้างสื่อ ICT ที่มีประสิทธิภาพและเพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน มีการปรับปรุงซ่อมบำรุงให้มีสภาพที่สมบูรณ์แก่การใช้งานตลอดเวลาส่งเสริมสนับสนุนให้ทุกกลุ่มสาระได้ใช้สื่อ ICT ในการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนอย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพ ควรมีการพัฒนาบุคลากรด้าน ICT จัดระบบส่งเสริมการใช้งาน ICT แก่บุคลากรอย่างต่อเนื่อง มีการประเมินผลการใช้งาน เพื่อนำผลมาพัฒนาบุคลากรให้มีความรู้ความสามารถคอมพิวเตอร์ ให้กับ ฝ่ายงานต่างๆ และทักษะในการใช้งานควรจัดหาอย่างเพียงพอกับความต้องการ และส่งเสริมการใช้งานและมีการนิเทศ กำกับ ติดตามการใช้งานเพื่อการบริหารและให้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่องรวมถึงครูควรให้ความสำคัญและเน้นย้ำการเลือกบริโภคสื่อที่ดีมีประโยชน์และควรนำไปบรรจุในหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาด้วย

Information and Communication Technology Administration Trends for Being Leaning Organization of Watchaichumpholunicipality School ThungsongMunicipality Nakhon Si Thammarat

This research aims to investigate the conditions, needs and trends of the Information and Communication Technology administration forbeing learning organization of Watchaichumphol MunicipalitySchoolMuangTngsong municipality, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province The participants in this study were composed of 58 teachers, 5 school administrators, 17 basic educational committee and students in Watchaichumpol municipality school which sample size by krejcic and Morgan’s table measurement, there are 248 persona the instruments for this research were questflownaireand interview focused on condition, need and trend of the information and communication technology administration for being learning organization.

The findings indicated that

1. The current states of the ICT administration forbeing learning organization by including as five aspects were in the high level.

2. The needs of the ICT administration forbeing leaning organization as five aspects were in the high level.

3. The trends of the ICT administration for being learning organization were as follows : the school show to provide, improve and maintain information technology and ICT system regular working,to promote all groups for applying ICT in learning development of students as efectiveness, there should develop personal on ICT to provide the systematic promotion for personal as regularly working, to evaluate the feedback for develop the personal’s ability on computer competency for variety of sections and skill for working there must be enough with their needs, to promote for working and monitoring control, follow up on working for administration and continuously including teachers should be emphasized and make importance on useful media and there should be added in the school curse.
