การพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ด้านธุรกิจเกษตรแบบผสมผสานเพื่อพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชน บ้านบางใหญ่หมู่ที่ 4 ตำบลบางนายสี อำเภอตะกั่วป่า จังหวัดพังงา

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาศักยภาพด้านธุรกิจเกษตรแบบผสมผสานของชุมชนบ้านบางใหญ่ 2) ศึกษาองค์ความรู้ด้านธุรกิจเกษตรแบบผสมผสานเพื่อพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนบ้านบางใหญ่และ 3) เพื่อการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ด้านธุรกิจเกษตรแบบผสมผสานเพื่อพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนบ้านบางใหญ่ ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์แบบมีส่วนร่วม และการประชุมกลุ่มย่อยผลการวิจัยพบว่า

ผลการศึกษาศักยภาพด้านธุรกิจเกษตรแบบผสมผสานของวิสาหกิจชุมชนบ้านบางใหญ่ก่อให้เกิดความช่วยเหลือระหว่างกันทางการเกษตรร่วมกันแก้ไขปัญหาและแบ่งกลุ่มกิจกรรมออกเป็น 3 กิจกรรมการผลิตที่มีความหลากหลายสามารถระดมทุนจากสมาชิกอย่างเป็นระบบ ศักยภาพของกลุ่ม มีดังนี้ คือ ศักยภาพด้านการรวมพลังและความสามัคคีศักยภาพด้านการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ศักยภาพด้านการแสวงหาความรู้ในเรื่องการปรับปรุงคุณภาพของดินศักยภาพด้านการเรียนรู้ทำบัญชีต้นทุน กำไรและศักยภาพด้านการแสวงหาและการจัดการตลาด

ผลการศึกษาองค์ความรู้การทำธุรกิจเกษตรแบบผสมผสานโดยการนำเกษตรกรไปศึกษาดูงานในกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนที่ประสบผลสำเร็จ และถอดประสบการณ์จากการศึกษาดูงานเป็นองค์ความรู้เพื่อนำมาใช้พัฒนากลุ่มของตนเอง สรุปได้ดังนี้ คือ องค์ความรู้ด้านการเกษตร การแสวงหาความรู้ การรวมกลุ่มและบริหารกลุ่ม บริหารจัดการกลุ่ม การมีส่วนร่วม การถ่ายทอดความรู้ ผู้นำท้องถิ่น และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ภายหลังการศึกษาดูงานจากกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนที่ประสบผลสำเร็จแล้วเกษตรกรสมาชิกกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนบ้านบางใหญ่ยังคงสนใจเรียนรู้วิธีการต่างๆ และนำองค์ความรู้เหล่านี้มาช่วยพัฒนากลุ่ม และสมาชิกให้สามารถดำเนินกิจกรรมต่อไปได้เห็นผลสำเร็จ

จากการวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้ที่ได้ไปศึกษาดูงาน และเชิญนักวิชาการ ปราชญ์ ชาวบ้าน มาอบรมถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ให้กับสมาชิกกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนบ้านบางใหญ่ สามารถพัฒนาหลักสูตรเพื่อนำไปใช้ในการพัฒนากลุ่มวิสาหกิจกลุ่มที่สนใจอื่น ๆ ได้ หลักสูตรที่ได้จากการพัฒนา คือ “การจัดการองค์ความรู้ด้านธุรกิจเกษตรแบบผสมผสานเพื่อพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชน” โดยหลักสูตรมีหน่วยโดยนำองค์ความรู้มาแสดงในรูปแบบของ Web Application ในการนำเสนอใช้ชื่อเว็บไซต์การเรียนรู้ทั้งหมด 8 หน่วย ใช้เวลาเรียน 60 ชั่วโมง วัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร คือ เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนมีความรู้เข้าใจเกี่ยวกับความสำคัญของการจัดการธุรกิจเกษตร มีทักษะและสามารถจัดการธุรกิจเกษตรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและสามารถนำความรู้ไปพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนได้จากผลการดำเนินกิจกรรมพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ด้านธุรกิจเกษตรแบบผสมผสานของวิสาหกิจชุมชนบ้านบางใหญ่“วิสาหกิจชุมชนบ้านบางใหญ่”ภายใต้ url : kasetcc.comuv.com

Development Knowledge to Develop an Integrated Agricultural Business of Ban Bang Yai Community Enterprises, Moo 4, Bang Nai Se Sub-District, Takuapa District,PhangNga Province.

The purpose of this research were to study : 1) the potential combination of the agricultural business of Ban Bang Yai community ; 2) the academic knowledge to develop an integrated agricultural business of Ban Bang Yai community enterprises ; 3) the development of integrated agricultural business knowledge to develop Ban Bang Yai community enterprises. The qualitative research methods such as ; collecting data by observation, sharing interview and small group meeting were used in this research. The research results revealed that:

The potential of agricultural business combination of Ban Bang Yai community enterprises caused to share helping about the agricultural business, to solve the problems and divided into 3 groups events with a variety of production activities, can raise funds from members systematically. The potential of the group are as the following; the capabilities of power and unity, sharing and exchange knowledge, enhancing their knowledge about solving the quality of the soil, learning about accounting of costs and profits, and selling and marketing management.

The summarize of the study of knowledge integration by making agricultural the farmers to study in the successfully community enterprises and removing the experience of the study is to apply the knowledge to develop their own group are as follows: pursuits integration and management, group management, group participation, knowledge transferring, local leaders and local knowledge. After the study of the successfully community enterprises, the farmers of Ban Bang Yai communities enterprises still interested in learning how the various and knowledge to help develop these activities and group member can continue to success.

From the analysis, knowledge synthesis and invited technocrats and local scholars who came to train and transfer of knowledge to the members of Ban Bang Yai community enterprises, can develop a curriculum to be used in the development of enterprise group to other courses of the development that is “the management knowledge to develop an integrated agricultural business to develop community enterprises”. The curriculum has 8 units and spent 60 hours learning. The objectives of the course is to provide students with knowledge understanding about the importance of agricultural business management, agricultural management skills and be able to apply the knowledge and ability to develop the community enterprises effectively. The results of operations and agricultural business management knowledge of Ban Bang Yai community enterprises was presented in form of Web Application using delivering the site name “Ban Bang Yai community enterprises” under the url : kasetcc.comuv.com.
