Abstract

แนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารงานเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญตามมาตรฐานการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากำแพงเพชรเขต 2 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพการบริหารงานเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญตามมาตรฐานการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากำแพงเพชร เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

2. ปัญหาการบริหารงานเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญตามมาตรฐานการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากำแพงเพชร เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

3. แนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารงานเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญตามมาตรฐานการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากำแพงเพชร เขต 2 ผู้เชี่ยวชาญได้เสนอแนวทางพัฒนา ด้านความสามารถในการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ตามวงจรการบริหารของเดมมิ่ง (Deming cycle): PDCA ไว้ดังนี้

3.1 ด้านการวางแผน (Plan) กำหนดให้มีการจัดอบรมให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเทคนิควิธีการสอนใหม่ ๆ ที่สอดคล้องกับสภาพปัจจุบัน

3.2 ด้านการปฏิบัติตามแผน (Do) จัดอบรมเกี่ยวกับเทคนิควิธีการสอนใหม่ ๆ ที่สอดคล้องกับสภาพปัจจุบัน

3.3 ด้านการตรวจสอบ (Check) มีการนิเทศการสอนตามปฏิทินที่กำหนดไว้อย่างต่อเนื่อง

3.4 ด้านการปรับปรุง (Action) กระตุ้นให้ครูนำข้อเสนอแนะจากการนิเทศการสอนไปปรับปรุงพัฒนาการใช้เทคนิควิธีการสอน

A development guideline for the administration to promote efficient instruction and emphasizing on Child-centered instruction through Basic Education Standards of teachers under KamphaengPhet Educational Service Area Office 2. The research findings were as follow :

1. In general, the conditions of the administration to promote efficient instruction and emphasizing on Child-centered instruction through Basic Education Standard of teachers under KamphaengPhet Educational Service Area Office 2 were at the moderate levels.

2. In general, the problems of the administration to promote efficient instruction and emphasizing on Child-centered instruction through Basic Education Standard of teachers under KamphaengPhet Educational Service Area Office 2 were at the moderate levels.

3. The development guidelines for the administration to promote efficient instruction and emphasizing on Child-centered instruction through Basic Education Standard of teachers under KamphaengPhet Educational Service Area Office 2, the experts suggested the guidlines for Child-centered instruction by Deming cycle as follows :

3.1 For planning it was found that there should have the training for new learning techniques which consistent with present states.

3.2 For doing it was found that administrators set the training for new learning techniques which consistent with present states.

3.3 For checking it was found that instruction were supervised.

3.4 For action it was found that administrators urged teachers to consider the suggestions of instructional supervision checks for their instructional improvement .
