การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1)เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการระบบสารสนเทศการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา 2) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาในการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา 25 คน อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา 10 คน และเจ้าหน้าที่ 5 คน ซึ่งได้จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจงจากประชากรของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราชเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและรวบรวมความต้องการการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ และใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ที่มีต่อระบบสารสนเทศการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจประชากรกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย () และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการระบบสารสนเทศการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา ได้ทราบถึงสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการของการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ได้ระบบสารสนเทศการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาซึ่งได้นำไปทดลองใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น ซึ่งผลปรากฏว่าระบบมีประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานอยู่ในระดับดี สามารถทำงานตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้ มีความถูกต้องในการใช้งาน มีความยืดหยุ่น และความง่ายในการใช้งานและมีความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลสำหรับการเข้าใช้งาน

3. นักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา และเจ้าหน้าที่ มีระดับความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา โดยภาพรวมดีในระดับมาก

Develop the Information Technology System for Doing a Thesis of Graduate Students

This research aims : The Develop the Information Technology System for Doing a Thesis of Graduate Students. So this study aims to examine the problem and needs using Develop the Information Technology System for Doing a Thesis of Graduate Students. There are research questions in this study. The first one is how were To study theproblems andneeds Information Technology System for Doing a Thesis of Graduate Students .The second one is The Develop the Information Technology System for Doing a Thesis of Graduate Students. The last on To studythe satisfactionof Information Technology System for Doing a Thesis of Graduate Students.The model of the research was Develop the Information Technology System for Doing a Thesis of Graduate Students. The subjects of the study were 25 Graduate Students, 10 Adviser and 5 Officer at Nakhon Si ThammaratRajabhat University by purposive sampling method. The Instruments used in the experiment Interview form, To study theproblems andneeds Information Technology System for Doing a Thesis of Graduate Students and The data were analyzed forContent Analysis. The instruments were a questionnaire from, To studythe satisfactionof Information Technology System for Doing a Thesis of Graduate StudentsandThe data were analyzed for percentage, mean, standard deviation.

The research results were as follows:

1. Theproblems andneeds of the Information Technology System for Doing a Thesis of Graduate Students were generally at high level.

2. The test results with the graduate students, advisers and officers, it was found that the system has performance at good level and can support the requirement of user, flexibility, easy to use and secure data access.

3. The graduate students, advisers and officers have satisfied with the system were generally at high level.
