The Use of Power of School Administatorsin School Under Nakhonsi Thammarat Primary Educational service Area Office 2.

The purposes of this research were ; 1) to study the levels of power of school administratorsin school under Nakhon si Thammarat Primary Educational Service AreaOffice 2. 2) to compare the levels of the power of school administators in school under Nakhon si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office2 Classifiedby types of schools.The sample consisted of 327 teachers in school under Nakhon si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. obtained by the Stratified random sampling technique.The instrument used in cotticing data was aquesitionnaire. The data was analyzed to calculate frequency, percentage, mean (X), Standard deviation (S.D.), and t – test.

The results were;1.The use of power of school administratorsin schools under Nakhon si thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. As a whole and in each aspectwere at a high level. The order of mean scores from the highest was on a reference power, an information power, an expert power, a legitimate power, a connection power, a reward power and the lowest was on a coercive power, respectively2. A comparison of power of school administratorsin school under the Nakhon si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. according to the opinions betweentypes of schools, their opinion as a whole and in each aspect was not significanily different.
