Good Governance in Basic Education Schools Under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 3.

The objective of this study was to investigate and to compare the administrative level of good governance and study problems and suggestions in development of the good governance in basic Education schools under Nakhon Si Thammarat primary Educational service area office 3. The sample used in the study were 154 administrators and 333 teachers. The research tools were questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed for frequency, percentage, mean standard deviation t - test and F - test was used for comparison.

The research findings were as follows:

1. The principles of good governance in basic Education school under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 as a whole was at high level. When considered in each aspect at highest level. They ranked from the highest to the lowest as follows the principle of morality, the principle of transparency, the principle of responsiveness, the principle of cost-effectiveness, the principle of participation and the principle of rule of laws.

2. The opinions of the administrators and teachers towards the administration in the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were not found significantly difference of significantly. It was found that as a whole and every aspect were the principle of morality, the principle of participation and the principle of rule of laws different were found significantly difference at level .01 of significantly. The principles of good governance in basic Education school under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 as by sexes were different were not found significantly difference at level .01 of significantly. When considered in each aspect found the principle of rule of laws, the principle of morality and the principle of responsiveness were found significantly difference at level .01 of significantly. The principles of good governance in basic Education school under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 as by work experience were found significantly difference at level .01 of significantly and The principles of good governance in basic Education school under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 as by work experience comparison of earnings not found significantly difference.
