The Conflict Management of Administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.

The purposes of this research were to study the conflict causes of the school and conflict management styles of the administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 ; and to compare conflict management styles perceived by the opinions of administrators and teachers based on types of schools and working experience. The research procedure was undertaken by surveying opinions of 470 administrators and teachers under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The data collecting instruments were questionnaires. The statistics used for analyzing data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-Test.

The main research findings were as follows : -

1. As a whole, conflict causes of the schools were at the moderate level and conflict management styles of the administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were at the seldom level.

2. In the comparison of conflict management styles, the administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 based on the opinions of administrators and teachers, when classified by working experience,it was found that the opinions were not different but when classified by type of school, it was found that the opinions were statistically significant different at the .05 level.
