Transformational Leadership of Administrators in Schools under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 4.

The purpose of this research was to study and compare the transformational leadership of administators in schools under Nakhon Si Thammasat Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. The sampling group used in this research were 106 executives, who were under the supervision of Nakon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Area Office 4. The instruments used in this study were two sets of questionnaires which included a check-list and a rating-scale. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The research result revealed that the transformational leadership of school administrators was at the highest level. As individual aspect were considered, it was found that the opinion was at the highest level in all aspects. The comparison of the transformational leadership of administators as classified by gender, educational background and administrative experience, the study found that the overall results and all aspects were no significantly different at .05 level in different gender and educational background. As different administrative experience was considered, the overall results were not different. Except, the significant difference was found at .05 level in the aspect of inspirational motivation.
