The Instructional Leadership of School Administrators Under The Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area.
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the Instructional Leadership of school administrators under The Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Areas and, 2) to compare Instructional Leadership of School Administrators under The Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Educational Service Areas by school size and work experience. The sample was consisted of 323 Teachers under The Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Areas by stratified random sampling techniques.The instruments used in the research were questionnaires. The data were analyzed by SPSS for Windows Program to acquire percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. Moreover, t-test and F-test were employed to compare opinions of teachers, categorized by work experience and school size, respectively.
The finding were:
1. The Leadership of school Administrators Under The Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Areas, it was in high level. Considering that it was also found The average maximum is Developing teaching and learning process. Followed by the measurement and evaluation and aspects with an average minimum of supervision and teaching.
2. The Leadership of school Administrators Under The Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Areas according the opinions of teachers, categorized by work experience and school size it was totally found that their opinions were significantly different at a level .05.
