Teacher Participation in School Planning in Educational Opportunity Schools under the Jurisdiction of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area Office 4

The objectives of this research were to study the involvement of teachers in planning educational and to compare the involvement of teachers in planning educational opportunities in schools under the Office of Primary Education Area Office 4 by the position and size of the school system. From the samples are 235. Teachers in basic education schools to expand educational opportunities. Under the jurisdiction of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Office Area Office 4. The research tool use a set of questionnaires . Statistics used in data analysis were percentage standard deviation t – test and F - test.

The research result showed that

1. To participate in the planning of teacher education. Under the extended schools. Office of Elementary School District 4 in the whole world at a high level.

2. The participation in the planning of teacher education. Career opportunities in schools by performance. Teachers are responsible for the different positions. Involvement inplanning educational opportunities in schools. Differences are statistically significant at the .01 level. And teachers working in schools of different sizes. Involvement in planning educational opportunities in schools. Overall, difference are statistically significant of the .01 level.
