A Study on the Management of Sub-district Quality School Under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the management of sub-district quality schools at the district level under the Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area Office 2 and to compare the management of sub-district quality schools at the district level under the Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The sample consisted of school executives and teachers in the schools of the Quality Schools Project at the district level, totaling 458 individuals, selected using stratified random sampling and Krejcie & Morgan's sample size determination table. Data analysis utilized basic statistics, including mean () and standard deviation (S.D.). Differences in means were tested using one-way ANOVA, and pairwise differences were further examined using Scheffe's method.

The research findings were as follows: The management of the sub-district quality schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Education Area Office 2, was related high with a mean score  = 4.33, S.D. = 0.50. When comparing the management of the sub-district quality schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Education Area Office 2, by educational management areas, significant differences were found at the 0.05 level of significance. Therefore, Scheffe's method was used to test the differences, revealing differences in educational management areas, specifically in two pairs: Phan District and Wiang Pa Pao District, and Pa Daet District and Wiang Pa Pao District.
