บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้สำรวจประเด็นจริยธรรมว่าด้วยการได้ยินข้อมูลโดยบังเอิญในการทำงานภาคสนามทางมานุษยวิทยา โดยมุ่งวิเคราะห์ความซับซ้อนทางจริยศาสตร์และคุณค่าทางญาณวิทยา ที่เกิดจากการพิจารณาใช้ข้อมูลที่ได้รับมาโดยไม่ได้ตั้งใจ ผู้เขียนใช้วิธีการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพเพื่อสะท้อนประสบการณ์ภาคสนาม และสืบค้นข้อมูลประกอบผ่านการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่สำคัญ บทความนี้ชี้ว่าการได้ยินโดยบังเอิญมีบทบาทสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจเชิงลึกในชีวิตทางสังคมวัฒนธรรม และในขณะเดียวกันก็ตั้งคำถามถึงข้อจำกัดของกรอบจริยธรรมที่มีอยู่ ซึ่งอาจไม่ครอบคลุมบริบทเฉพาะของการได้มาซึ่งข้อมูลในลักษณะนี้ ข้อเสนอที่สำคัญของบทความนี้ คือ การสร้างทางเลือกทางจริยธรรมที่สมดุลในการจัดการข้อมูลที่ได้ยินมาโดยบังเอิญ ผ่านการประนีประนอมความรับผิดชอบทางจริยธรรม กับการพิจารณาใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อสร้างความรู้และความเข้าใจใหม่ ๆ โดยไม่ละเมิดหลักการที่เป็นสาระสำคัญ
