ธุรกิจเพื่อสังคมกับการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนในประเทศไทย: กรอบแนวคิด การทบทวนวรรณกรรม เชิงบูรณาการ และข้อเสนอเชิงทฤษฎี

บทคัดย่อ
แม้ธุรกิจเพื่อสังคมจะได้รับการยอมรับมากขึ้นในฐานะกลไกขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน แต่ความเข้าใจเชิงทฤษฎีในบริบทไทยยังมีช่องว่างสำคัญ บทความนี้สังเคราะห์วรรณกรรม 30 รายการจากแหล่งสากลและไทยในช่วงปี ค.ศ. 2020–2025 เพื่อเติมเต็มช่องว่างดังกล่าว ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่าธุรกิจเพื่อสังคมไทยมีบทบาทโดดเด่นต่อเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนด้านการจ้างงานที่มีคุณค่าและความเสมอภาคทางเพศ โดยร้อยละ 59 ของวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคมไทยมีผู้หญิงเป็นผู้นำองค์กร ขณะเดียวกัน ภาคส่วนนี้ยังเผชิญความเสี่ยงเชิงโครงสร้างสามประการ ได้แก่ การเบี่ยงเบนจากพันธกิจ การถดถอยของบทบาทรัฐ และการถูกครอบงำโดยตรรกะของทุน บทความนำเสนอกรอบการวิเคราะห์เฉพาะบริบทไทย การจำแนกองค์กรเป็นสี่ประเภทตามแหล่งทุนเชิงสถาบัน และข้อเสนอเชิงทฤษฎีห้าประการจากการตรวจสอบสามเส้า รวมถึงแนวคิดใหม่สองรูปแบบที่สังเคราะห์จากกรณีศึกษาไทย ได้แก่ การยกระดับตลาดเพื่อปกป้องพันธกิจทางสังคม และการฝังตัวภายใต้สถาบันที่มีความชอบธรรมสูง แนวคิดทั้งสองพร้อมนำไปทดสอบเชิงประจักษ์และใช้เป็นฐานในการกำหนดนโยบายต่อไป
