As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration and article that is not in the process of submitting to other journals.
  • The submission file is Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word document for Windows (.doc, .docx file format).
  • Authors examines details within the article for Submission such as content length, font style, font size, punctuation, spacebar taps (only 1 tap), figue and table positioning to fit the page size according to the criteria set by the journal of Social Research and Review (Please check topic "Author Guidelines ")
  • Articles should use appropriate academic languages. Including use of citation styles; internal citations & bibliography, adhere to the APA 7th Edition format guidelines
  • If source refrerence online available, Please specified URLs for the references have been provided.
  • Articles submitted toJournal of Social Research and Review undergo preliminary review process. Articles will be evaluated by experts according to the specified criteria in a way that conceals information from both parties. (Double-Blind Peer Review). The article passed the evaluation criteria if at least 2 out of 3 reviewers deemed it to have met the standards of the Journal of Social Research and Review.

Guidelines for Manuscript Preparation for Publication in Journal of Social Research and Review

1. Articles submitted for publication in  Journal of Social Research and Review must be original and not previously published or under consideration elsewhere.

3. Manuscript Details: 
     3.1 Paper Size: A4 (21.0 x 29.7 cm)
     3.2 Margins: Top (2.50 cm), left, right, and bottom (1.90 cm)
     3.3 Content Length: Approximately 10-20 pages, with a word count not exceeding 7,000 words
     3.4 Font: TH SarabunPSK for Thai and Times New Roman for English
     3.5 Font Size: (English Article)
        1) Article Title: Bold, left-aligned, 13 pt
        2) Author Name: Bold, left-aligned, 12 pt
        3) Affiliation and Address: Italic, left-aligned, 12 pt
        4) Corresponding Author and Email: Regular, left-aligned, 12 pt
        5) Headings: Bold, left-aligned, 12 pt
        6) Article Content: Regular, 12 pt
        7) References Section: Regular, 12 pt
     3.6 Abstract and Keywords: Include an abstract in English with keywords, at most 250 words.
     3.7 Acknowledgments: Include research ethics, project involvement, and funding support information Declaration (if applicable)
     3.8 Manuscript Accuracy: Ensure accuracy in spelling, spacing, content, language use, and APA 7th Edition citation and referencing
4. Research Articles Structure:
     4.1 Introduction: Importance and background of the research problem, article overview, and objectives
     4.2 Literature Review: Theoretical framework and related research
     4.3 Methodology and Methods: Research process, data collection, and research tools
     4.4 Results: Description of findings
     4.5 Discussion: Summary or critique of findings, connection to theories or previous research
     4.6 Conclusion
     4.7 Acknowledgments (if applicable)
     4.8 Declaration (if applicable)
     4.9 References: In-text citations and a reference list according to APA 7th Edition
5. Academic Articles Structure:
     5.1 Introduction: Importance, background, and objectives of the article
     5.2 Content:
         5.2.1 Logical organization of headings and content, theoretical analysis
         5.2.2 Summary of key points, synthesis of knowledge, author's academic perspective, new ideas
     5.3 Conclusion: Significant results and practical applications
6. Article review process
The editorial board reviews submitted articles and presents them to experts for quality and suitability assessment before publication (refer to the "Article Review Process" for details). The review process is divided into two cases:
     6.1 Acceptance or Revision: Authors will be notified to make revisions if necessary. The editorial board may edit the manuscript for language accuracy.
     6.2 Rejection: Authors will be notified if the article is rejected, and the manuscript will be returned. Document Citation: Cite all sources at the end of the article using APA 7th Edition format. Authors must ensure the accuracy of all citations per the journal's guidelines.

7. Document citation
Authors must cite sources or documents used in their articles and compile a reference list at the end of the manuscript following the APA 7th Edition format. It is essential to ensure the accuracy and completeness of citations in accordance with the guidelines set by the Journal of Social Research and Review. For Thai-language references, authors must provide an English translation and indicate "(in Thai)" in parentheses at the end of the citation. These references should be arranged together with English-language references. Additionally, all in-text citations must be written in English. Authors must adhere to the following guidelines.
