It is also a response to the public demand to help the elderly and to develop mechanisms to establish a supportive network in various ways. The center succeeds in improving the elderly's health and quality of life. The center then becomes a prototype model to expand community care centers for the elderly to other areas and to increase the number of members at each center. Furthermore, the project's outcomes encourage seniors to participate in the social activities of the municipality, including co-driven policies and actions. The success conditions are the connections aligned with network partners collaborating and responding to the same targets.
