Development Promoting of Local Innovator in Banpangsa community, Patueng Subdistrict, Maechan District, Chiang Rai Province

Abstract
Participatory Action Research (PAR) had research objectives to study the process of promoting Local Innovator in Ban Pang Sa Community, Pa Tung Sub-district, Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province Research methodology of interviewing and organizing community forums. Key Informants were development leaders and community representatives 30 people using a participant inductive analysis method.
The results of the research were found that the Ban Pang Sa community was agriculture that relies on nature. And being a multicultural community in an elevated area. There were community grants: wisdom, social capital, and natural resources. Promotion processes the Local Innovator found that they appreciate the development of education, water management, community cooperatives, and applied the sufficiency economy philosophy to create social innovation and memory space that has been naturally transmitted. Able to inherit wisdom knowledge and apply it in the midst of changes in the current social economy.
