Guideline for Create Happy Workplace Organization in Kasetsart University

Abstract
The aims of this qualitative research were to study the positive experiences of Kasetsart University’s officers towards their impression in the university, factors influencing working happiness in organization, and guideline for create happy workplace organization in Kasetsart University, by using appreciative inquiry methodology. The samples included all concerned people in the university which consisted of 5 executive officers; 10 deans, faculties, and representatives; 16 supporting officers, by using purposive sampling. The research results found that overall officers impressed in like - minded sibling, friendly, sincere, help together liked neighborliness relationship. While the executive officers and faculties were happier in harmonized, help together, cooperated, generousness, and acquiesce colleagues, the supporting officers were cheerier in career development, supporting in self - development in working conditions and ranking. For the factors relating happiness in organization, the results demonstrated as follows: 1) organization climate approximating to be shady, be livable, be workable and physical climate similar to affiliation that help together; 2) organizational commitment from the students to working officers, some group found that parents worked in the university and got involved in Kaset Fair Festival for a long time; 3) love in job, proud to be part of the university that renowned in helping people and farmers; 4) acceptance of chiefs, colleagues, and executive officers who intent to continually successful support. The research suggested the approach to develop the university into happiness university among the executive offices, deans, and faculties would likely be creating activities in which stimulating mutually working and rotating to all faculty. The supporting staffs recommended that it is important to promote systematic working in order to develop themselves both job and ranking.
