บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มุ่งเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากรในสถาบันการศึกษาโดยใช้ระบบ EdPEx (Education Criteria for Performance Excellence) เป็นเครื่องมือหลัก มุ่งเน้นการวิเคราะห์ การดำเนินงานของบุคลากรในสถาบันการศึกษา ผ่านกรอบมาตรฐานที่ EdPEx กำหนดไว้ โดยเน้นที่กรณีศึกษาจากสถาบันการศึกษาที่ประสบความสำเร็จในการนำระบบนี้มาใช้ จากการวิเคราะห์พบว่าการนำระบบ EdPEx มาใช้สามารถช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของบุคลากรได้อย่างดียิ่ง โดยเฉพาะในด้านการบริหารจัดการ การพัฒนาทักษะและความสามารถ รวมถึงการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าการสนับสนุนและการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารมีผลอย่างมากต่อความสำเร็จในการประยุกต์ใช้ EdPEx ข้อเสนอแนะจากการวิเคราะห์นี้ชี้ให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการสร้างความเข้าใจและการเตรียมความพร้อมของบุคลากรในทุกระดับ รวมถึงการจัดหาเครื่องมือและทรัพยากรที่เพียงพอเพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาศักยภาพในระยะยาว
