Abstract

Children were important of national human resource in the future. The social factors which related to an existence of their delinquency were family, self-concept, peer group and technology. Legal measure for child and juvenile delinquency, the children who are not yet over 10 years of age committed a crime, they need the protection program. In the case of child who is child not over 18 years of age, legal measure for them such as proper treatment, suspended sentence, probation, rehabilitation plan and some children were sent to detention home for treatment purpose. The juvenile court law prohibits any disposition of a child’s case which is designed to punish them.
