A Study of Instructors and Students’ Satisfaction of The Development Instructional Media on Massive Open Online Course Using Brain-Based Learning to Personality Development for Career Program of Undergraduate Students

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the Instructors and students’s satisfaction of the development instructional media on massive open online course using brain-based learning to personality development for career program of undergraduate students. Sample : (1) registered students 4 classes, not less than 15 students each (2) Instructors’s personality development for work course 4 people, obtained by selectively selecting one person. Analytical tools : (1) student satisfaction assessment form (2) teacher satisfaction assessment form. The data from Instructors and students were analyzes by the per-centage, the means, and the standard deviation. Results : instructors were satisfied with the development instructional media on massive open online course using brain-based learning to personality development for career program of undergraduate students at a high level (mean = 4.32 and standard deviation = 0.64), the students' satisfaction with the development instructional media on massive open online course using brain-based learning to personality development for career program of undergraduate students was also at a high level ( mean = 4.15 and standard deviation = 0.68).
