Abstract

E-business laws play an important role in promoting the growth and regulation of business operations in the borderless, digital world. As more and more businesses turn to online platforms to provide services and conduct transactions, a clear legal framework is essential to ensure fairness, protect the rights of stakeholders, and promote consumer confidence. One of the key issues of e-business laws is the authentication of digital transactions, particularly the legal effect of contracts, data recording, and electronic signatures, which is stipulated in the Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544 to support business operations in an era where physical borders are no longer a limitation. In addition, personal data protection laws, such as the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), play a role in controlling the responsible collection, use, and disclosure of customer data. Consumer protection laws are responsible for ensuring transparency and fairness in the purchase and sale of goods and services via digital systems. At the same time, e-tax laws also help the government collect revenue from online businesses appropriately. Therefore, developing a comprehensive and up-to-date legal framework is an important mechanism to support the transformation of digital businesses and build confidence in e-business transactions in the
long term.
