สมรรถนะของผู้ประกอบการที่ส่งผลต่อความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันผ่านนโยบายการค้าชายแดน ไทย-ลาว กรณีศึกษาด่านชายแดนห้วยโก๋น อำเภอเฉลิมพระเกียรติ จังหวัดน่าน

บทความฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) สมรรถนะของผู้ประกอบการการค้าชายแดนไทย-ลาว (2) นโยบายการค้าชายแดนที่ส่งเสริมผู้ประกอบการการค้าชายแดนไทย-ลาว (3) ความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันของธุรกิจการค้าชายแดนไทย-ลาว และ
(4) สมรรถนะของผู้ประกอบการนโยบายการค้าชายแดนที่ส่งผลต่อความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขัน ซึ่งเป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยมีประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการการค้าชายแดนในเขตอำเภอเฉลิมพระเกียรติ จังหวัดน่าน จำนวน 300 ราย โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สมรรถนะของผู้ประกอบการการค้าชายแดนไทย-ลาวอยู่ในระดับมาก (=3.65), (2) นโยบายการค้าชายแดนที่ส่งเสริมผู้ประกอบการการค้าชายแดนไทย-ลาว อยู่ในระดับมาก (= 3.85), (3) ความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันของธุรกิจการค้าชายแดนไทย-ลาว อยู่ในระดับมาก (= 3.88) และ (4) สมรรถนะของผู้ประกอบการ นโยบายการค้าชายแดนที่ส่งผลต่อความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขัน พบว่า สมรรถนะของผู้ประกอบการ มีอิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวกต่อนโยบายการค้าชายแดน โดยมีขนาดอิทธิพลทางตรงเท่ากับ 0.77 และมีขนาดอิทธิพลรวมเท่ากับ 0.77 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01, นโยบายการค้าชายแดน มีอิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวกต่อความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขัน โดยมีขนาดอิทธิพลทางตรงเท่ากับ 0.96 และมีขนาดอิทธิพลรวมเท่ากับ 0.96 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ,สมรรถนะของผู้ประกอบการ
มีอิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวกต่อความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขัน โดยมีขนาดอิทธิพลทางตรงเท่ากับ 0.25 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01และยังพบว่าสมรรถนะของผู้ประกอบการ มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมเชิงบวกต่อความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขัน โดยผ่านนโยบายการค้าชายแดน มีขนาดอิทธิพลทางอ้อมเท่ากับ 0.65 และมีขนาดอิทธิพลรวมเท่ากับ 0.90 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ,สำหรับค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การพยากรณ์(R2) ของสมการโครงสร้างตัวแปรแฝงภายใน พบว่า ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การพยากรณ์ (R2) ของนโยบายการค้าชายแดน มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.60หรือตัวแปรในโมเดลสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของนโยบายการค้าชายแดน ได้ร้อยละ 60 ,ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การพยากรณ์(R2) ของความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขัน มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.84หรือตัวแปรในโมเดลสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขัน ได้ร้อยละ 84
