Abstract

               This research aims to study and compare the quality of life of medical students at the clinical year by using questionnaires that develop life quality assessment forms for both long and short sets of WHO The Thai quality of life assessment questionnaire, which consists of 4 aspects, namely physical health, mental, social relationships, and environment, classified by gender, grade point average, year of study and the departments being studied. The sample consisted of medical students at the clinical year of faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital Mahidol University who are studying in year 4th - 6th, academic year 2018, a total of 260 people

              The research found that clinical year student have a good quality of life at a good level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the environmental aspect (= 26.57, S.D. = 1.715) on physical health (= 21.31, S.D. = 2.842), psychological aspects (= 19.80, S.D. = 2.590) and social relations (= 10.97, S.D. = 1.1716) respectively, in the middle quality of life, the relationship between the four aspects and according to the department that is studying the quality of quality of life assessment. Therefore, if we need to improve the quality of life, we need to develop simultaneously in all aspects.
