Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) to develop a hybrid organizational culture model for secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nongbualamphu, and 2) to evaluate the developed hybrid organizational culture model for secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nongbualamphu. The study employs a mixed-methods research design, with the following steps: 1) a qualitative study to develop the hybrid organizational culture model for secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nongbualamphu, based on interviews with 5 experts using semi-structured interviews. The data were analyzed using content analysis through inductive reasoning and 2) a quantitative study to evaluate the model with 9 experts using an evaluation form assessing suitability, feasibility, and usefulness. The index of item-objective congruence (IOC) ranged from 0.60 to 1.00, with an overall reliability score of 0.97. Data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation (S.D.). The research findings indicate that: 1) The hybrid organizational culture model for secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nongbualamphu consists of the model's name, its principles and concepts, objectives, success goals, and implementation guidelines; and 2) The evaluation of the hybrid organizational culture model showed that the model’s suitability, feasibility, and usefulness were rated at the highest level in all aspects.
