Attitudes of Teachers and school Committees on Leader’s Role of school Executives of Ratburana District Office

Abstract

The objective of this research article was to study attitudes of Teachers and school committees on Leader’s Role of school Executives of Ratburana District Office and to compare the attitudes of Teachers and school committees on Leader’s Role of school Executives of Ratburana District. The tools used in data collection by sampling the 354 populations were questionnaires. The Leader’s Role of school executives for the most to the least was the revelation side and the public relations, the coordinator and the follow-up sides, the manager and the resource administration sides, the least of solving a problem and the negotiation. The least role was the Leader’s symbolic side or the organization chairman. The results of the hypothesis testing were found that the personal factors such as sex, age, educational qualification. were not different, and the teacher and school committee who had an experience in duty practice different and had the opinion for leadership role of school executive was not different generally.
