Factors Affecting Administration Effectivenss of the Phrapariyatidhamma Schools of General Education Department

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the Factors Affecting Administration Effectiveness of the Phrapariyatidhamma Schools of General Education Department, 2) to analyze the Factors Affecting Administration Effectiveness of the Phrapariyatidhamma Schools of General Education Department, and 3) to offer the Factors Affecting Administration Effectiveness of the Phrapariyatidhamma Schools of General Education Department. This research applied the Mixed Research consisting of the qualitative and quantitative research. The methodology was the qualitative research, collecting data from related texts and researches and 9 key informants by in-depth-interview and focus group. Data were analyzed by the descriptive interpretation. Then analyze, synthesize quantitative research questionnaires. The sample was 156 persons in analyzing data for frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that 1. The current condition in the Factors Affecting Administration Effectiveness of the Phrapariyatidhamma Schools of General Education Department was at the high level. When considering each aspect: subdivision of personnel Administration, subdivision of technical Services for Local Personnel, Subdivision of Budgeting, and section of general Administration was at the high level 2. Analysis result the Factors Affecting Administration Effectiveness of the Phrapariyatidhamma Schools of General Education Department consisted of a components 1) vision, mission and strategic in development of the Phrapariyatidhamma Schools, 2) Share them each other knowledge Transfer, understanding, experience, 3) Systematically promoting interoperability, 4) proven leadership skills, 5) leader with good communication skills, 6) listen to the opinions of others, 7) will have the flexibility to manage, 8) balance the budget, and 9) division of Monitoring and Evaluation continuous. 3. the Factors Affecting Administration Effectiveness of the Phrapariyatidhamma Schools of General Education Department consisted of a components 1) vision, mission and strategic in development of the Phrapariyatidhamma Schools, 2) participation, 3) Collaborate closely, and 4) division of Monitoring and Evaluation continuous.
