THE PROCESS OF PERSONAL MANAGEMENT OF MAHACHULALONGKORNRAJAVIDYALAYA UNIVERSITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH BUDDHIST EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION PRINCIPLES

Abstract
The purposes of this study are: 1) to study the generality of personnel administration of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, 2) to develop of personnel administration of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, and 3) to suggest the methods of personal administration of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University in accordance with the Buddhist Educational Administration Principles. This research had utilized the mixed method by mixing both quantitative and qualitative research methods, contained 401 questionnaires with the descriptive statistics analysis; frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The qualitative research methodology via doing the 14 monks interview with a number of key informants and a focus group is typically 9 people. The research findings are as follow: 1. The generality of personnel administration of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University are 4 composed of obtaining, maintaining, developing, and ending of workers that are in a high level. For the obtaining of workers, the personnel administration had the understanding, the planning, and the methods of personnel administration principles in the maintenance method. In addition, the development method the personnel administrator announced good things and benefits of workers in order to increase capacity and effectiveness. Finally, the ending of the workers, the personnel administrators should pay attention in workers' problems, workers' problems solving, respect workers' opinions, and accept positive and negative of personnel administrators. 2. The development of personnel administration of ahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University in 4 sides, the personnel administrators have brought three Buddhist principles are composed of The 7 Subpurisatham, The 4 principles of virtuous existence, and the 4 Iddhipada which is path of accomplishment; basis for success including the ending of the workers in order to getting better in the personnel administration methods. 3. The methods of personnel administration of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University which are the obtaining of workers have the administration methods; personal recruitments, personal characteristics, personal operations, personal assignments, and personal improvements. These administration methods have raising awareness, strengthened of social values, and planning strategies of the workers development. The Process management are as follow: studying, training, researching, and academic work. For the ending of workers, the personnel administrator, the process of management are decreasing workforce, lay off, and retired.
