Factors Affecting to Motivation in Job Performance of Personnel in Faculty of Liberal Arts at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra nakhorn

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study factor affecting to motivation in job performance of personnel in the Faculty of Liberal Arts. It is a qualitative research by using in depth interview with the personnel by means of purposive sampling technique. 50 Key informants were administrators, lecturers and officers who have worked in 4 fields. The research instrument was checked its content validity and the data from interviews were also checked its validity by means of triangulation methods. The data analysis was used the deductive technique consisting of classifying issues, grouping the same issues, and drawing a conclusion according to the research objectives. The research findings were revealed that motivation affecting to the personnel’s job performance was as follows: Firstly, administrators has to have the good administration based on Good Governance, loving-kindness, generosity, abandoning selfish, and devotion to organization benefits. Secondly, work colleagues have generosity, unity, helping each other, working on duty with diligence, tolerance, good friendship, and brotherhood. Lastly, regulations of job performance are flexible, free will of job performance by focusing on job outcomes, and up to date with modernization. In addition, factor of salary increase is based justice principle, equanimity, job outcome in one circle of evaluation in each year by stressing on good product, outcome, and impact to organization. This is because the salary increase based on a good and transparency principle and rule; personnel will feel proud, ready in devotion oneself and time to organization, as well as, be a good model personnel in working for the organization with happiness and full heart.
