DEVELOPMENT OF A MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN EDUCATION MANAGEMENT BAN NONG PAK DONG SCHOOL KANCHANABURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA DISTRICT OFFICE 1

Abstract

         The objectives of the research were 1. to study the composition and condition of the relationship between the school and the community; 2.to develop a model of community participation management in educational management; 3. to evaluate the use of the community participation management model. in educational management Use research and development methodology to operate in 3 phases. Phase 1 Identifying the components of participation sample group School administrators, teachers, chairman of the basic education committee of 46 primary schools, 138 respondents, using a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. Phase 2 Creation, Model Verification and confirmed the form by 9 experts. Phase 3 Experimental and evaluation of the use of the model in Ban Nong Pak Dong School. The group of informants were staff of Nong Phai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, teachers, staff, parents of students. Board of Directors, students. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation.

            The results showed that.

1. The need for community participation in promoting the quality of education in primary schools in Kanchanaburi Province consisted of 5 aspects, overall, at a high level.


2. Community participation management model in educational management in 5 aspects comprising philosophy, objectives, processes, methods, assessments. The overall form of suitability was at a high level. The overall style possibility is at the highest level.


3. The results of the assessment of the management model of community participation in education management as a result, students have better achievements and desirable attributes. School is strong and have quality. Gaining the trust of the community and being proud of the school and those involved. They were satisfied with the overall style at a high level.
