Abstract
The objectives of this research are to study 1. the level of participatory administration 2.the level of relationship-building between schools and communities 3. the level of participatory administration that affects the relationship-building between schools and communities under the Primary Nakhon Pathom Educational Services Office, Area 2. The sample consisted of 321 teachers and educational personnel, using a stratified random sampling method. The research instrument includes questionnaires. Statistics used mean, standard deviation, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The research result reviews that,
- The level of participatory administration under the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Services Office, Area 2, is generally high. When examined in detail, the highest average is in commitment and bonding, followed by collaborative goal-setting and objective alignment. The lowest average is in independence in job responsibilities.
- The overall level of relationship-building between schools and communities is at a high level. When examined in detail, the highest average is in public relations, followed by receiving help and support from the community. The lowest average is in tasks related to the basic school committee.
- Participatory administration significantly affects the relationship-building between schools and communities under the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Services Office, Area 2, at the 0.01 level. The multiplicative multiple correlation coefficient is 0.25
