DEVELOPING A COLLABORATIVE NETWORK MODEL FOR SUCCESSFUL MANAGEMENT OF DRUG-FREE AND VICE-FREE WHITE SCHOOLS IN THE PRACHINBURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract
The purposes of this study were 1.to study the basic information 2.to develop a model 3.to test the model and 4. to evaluate the implementation of the cooperative network model for Successful Management of Drug-Free and Vice-Free White Schools in the Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1.The sample group includes administrators, educational personnel and relevant stakeholders in the academic year 2023 totaling 62 people selected purposively. The tools used were interviews evaluation forms and questionnaires. The statistics employed were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings indicated that 1)Basic information on network creation revealed that at-risk students face problems such as living in high-risk areas being surrounded by individuals using drugs and lack of family warmth. The principles of network creation include setting a shared vision, identifying stakeholders, and developing relationships. 2) The model consists of 1. Introduction Principles and Objectives 2. Main Body Network components, network processes and the scope of the White School. 3. Implementation Steps Preparation execution, evaluation, and summarization. 4. Conditions for Success. 3) The implementation results showed that the overall practice and participation of the network were at the highest level. 4) The evaluation results indicated that the overall success of the network was at the highest level. Students developed resilience against drug threats and became leaders in network creation. There are 56 networks in total, with a 16.96% reduction in at-risk students and the number of awards received is 39
