Abstract

The establishing a public-private partnership network is a key strategy for enhancing the country's international competitiveness. Integrating resources and capabilities from both sectors promotes innovation, increases production efficiency, and develops a high-quality workforce. Such partnerships also serve as a platform for knowledge exchange, adapting to rapidly changing technologies, and responding to   a volatile global economy. Flexible, efficient working mechanisms and comprehensive communication between agencies are key drivers of sustainability. This article presents five key areas: 1. building public-private partnerships; 2. enhancing the capabilities of the manufacturing and service sectors; 3. supporting research and innovation; 4. promoting investment and creating economic value; and 5. developing human resources to meet market needs. All of these focus on building a shared understanding of clear goals, beginning with effective communication and developing joint projects or beneficial activities, such as research and innovation projects or personnel development, to support entrepreneurs in targeted industries. The knowledge gained will serve as a guideline for enhancing public-private partnerships to enhance sustainable competitiveness.
