การสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือภาครัฐและเอกชนในการเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน

บทคัดย่อ
การสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐและเอกชนเป็นกลยุทธ์สำคัญในการยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศในระดับสากล การบูรณาการทรัพยากรและศักยภาพ จากทั้งสองภาคส่วนช่วยส่งเสริมการพัฒนานวัตกรรม เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต และพัฒนาบุคลากรคุณภาพสูง ความร่วมมือดังกล่าวยังเป็นเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ การปรับตัวต่อเทคโนโลยีที่เปลี่ยนแปลงรวดเร็ว และการตอบสนองต่อเศรษฐกิจโลกที่ผันผวน ทั้งนี้ กลไกการทำงานที่ยืดหยุ่น มีประสิทธิภาพ และการสื่อสารที่ครบถ้วนระหว่างหน่วยงาน ถือเป็นปัจจัยขับเคลื่อนสำคัญสู่ความยั่งยืนบทความนี้นำเสนอประเด็นหลัก 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1. การสร้างความร่วมมือรัฐ–เอกชน 2. การเพิ่มขีดความสามารถของภาคการผลิตและบริการ 3. การสนับสนุนการวิจัยและพัฒนานวัตกรรม 4. การส่งเสริมการลงทุนและสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มทางเศรษฐกิจ และ 5. การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ให้ตรงกับความต้องการของตลาด ทั้งหมดนี้มุ่งสร้างความเข้าใจร่วมกันในเป้าหมายที่ชัดเจน โดยเริ่มจาก การสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพ การพัฒนาโครงการหรือกิจกรรมร่วมที่เกิดประโยชน์ เช่น โครงการวิจัยและนวัตกรรม หรือการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร เป็นต้น เพื่อสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการในอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมาย องค์ความรู้ที่ได้จะเป็นแนวทางในการเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือรัฐ – เอกชน เพื่อยกระดับขีดความสามารถการแข่งขันอย่างยั่งยืน
