Abstract


This research of objective aim to 1) studies the administration according to good governance of Tha Nang Ngam Sub-district Administrative Organization, Bang Rakam District, Phitsanulok Province. 2) Study feedback from the public area of responsibility Sub-district Tha Nang Ngam, With a simple random sample of 361 people. The tools used in this research is statistical research were frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation. Hypothesis testing, including t-test and F-test and suggestions analysis, The results of the study are found that most of the answerers are men at the age between 36-45 years old, primary school level, earning 10,000 baht per month, and working as farmers, the results of research on the overall level of management according to Good Governance at Tha Nang Ngam Sub-district Administrative Organization is high level. The first part is accountability followed by participation, rule of law, morality, responsibility and cost-effectiveness, respectively. Hypothesis testing that personal factors with different affecting the administration according to good governance differences is statistically significant 0.05 and feedback on key issues is urgent to clarify the implementation of the project, the procurement of appropriate and clear an action plan and plans to spend the money in accordance with the resolutions of meeting and procurement plan should cover every project.
