การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนเพื่อบรรลุผลการประกันคุณภาพ ภายในของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนเพื่อบรรลุผลการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน 2) เพื่อตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนเพื่อบรรลุผลการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน โดยมีวิธีวิจัย 4 ระยะคือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาการบริหารโรงเรียนโดยใช้แบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ระยะที่ 2 ร่างรูปแบบของการบริหารโรงเรียน และตรวจสอบยืนยันโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จนกระทั่งได้ร่างรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียน ระยะที่ 3 ตรวจสอบความตรงของรูปแบบโดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย และประเมินความสอดคล้องระหว่างเนื้อหาของรูปแบบกับนิยามตัวแปรโดยวิธี VCI ได้รูปแบบที่สมบูรณ์ และระยะที่ 4 สรุปรูปแบบและแนวทางการเสนอรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนโดยการจัดประชุมสนทนากลุ่ม รูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนเพื่อบรรลุผลการประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน รูปแบบมี 4 องค์ประกอบ 83 กิจกรรม คือ 1) องค์ประกอบด้านหลักการ 37 กิจกรรม 2) องค์ประกอบด้านวัตถุประสงค์ 4 กิจกรรม 3) องค์ประกอบด้านระบบงานกลไก 31 กิจกรรม และ 4) องค์ประกอบด้านเงื่อนไขการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ 11 กิจกรรม การนำเสนอรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนเพื่อบรรลุผลการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน ผู้วิจัยนำเสนอรูปแบบการบริหารในรูป Model มีชื่อว่า ANDAMAN’S “POST” MODEL หรือ “รูปแบบโพสต์แห่ง อันดามัน”
