บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและนำเสนอผลการวิเคราะห์ประเด็นความรู้เกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 ซึ่งครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 ควรจะมีคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ ได้แก่ มีความรู้และความเชี่ยวชาญในศาสตร์ด้านการศึกษา มีจิตวิญญาณของความเป็นครู เป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สอดคล้องกับการเรียนรู้ยุคใหม่ มีอัตลักษณ์ของความเป็นครูดีในดวงใจ มีคุณลักษณะตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพทางการศึกษา มีจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ มีสาระความรู้ สมรรถนะและประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพครู มีคุณลักษณะของความเป็นครู และเป็นแบบอย่างทางด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรมและศีลธรรมต่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพของนักเรียน
