ศักยภาพโลจิสติกส์ที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาการขนส่งระบบราง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยด้านโลจิสติกส์และระบบขนส่งทางรางในประเทศไทยส่วนใหญ่ยังมุ่งเน้นในระดับนโยบาย ขณะที่การศึกษาในระดับจังหวัด โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ภาคใต้ที่มีความสำคัญทางเศรษฐกิจและการขนส่งยังมีอยู่อย่างจำกัด งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้บริการสถานีรถไฟจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชเกี่ยวกับศักยภาพโลจิสติกส์ที่มีต่อการพัฒนาการขนส่งระบบราง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ใช้บริการรถไฟ จำนวน 400 คน ที่ได้มาโดยการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการลงพื้นที่ ณ สถานีรถไฟคลองจันดี สถานีรถไฟชุมทางทุ่งสง และสถานีรถไฟนครศรีธรรมราช เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ใช้บริการรถไฟด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญจากผู้ใช้บริการที่มีความพร้อมในการให้ข้อมูลจนได้ข้อมูลครบ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยการใช้ค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้บริการสถานีรถไฟจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชเกี่ยวกับศักยภาพโลจิสติกส์ที่มีต่อการพัฒนาการขนส่งระบบราง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยผู้ใช้บริการเห็นว่า ศักยภาพโลจิสติกส์ด้านการขนส่ง มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ ความปลอดภัย การไหลทางกายภาพ การไหลทางการเงิน ตามลำดับ และ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้บริการสถานีรถไฟจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชเกี่ยวกับศักยภาพโลจิสติกส์ที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาการขนส่งระบบรางพบว่า ผู้ใช้บริการที่มีอาชีพ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน การเลือกใช้ประเภทขบวนและระดับชั้นโดยสารของรถไฟที่แตกต่างกันจะมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับศักยภาพโลจิสติกส์ที่มีต่อการพัฒนาการขนส่งระบบรางแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
