Abstract
This mini-review described the essentials elements regarding the considerations for standard and quality of the academic journal in order to provide the important criterias for the production of journal and its inclusions. The major criterias used for judging the universal standard and quality of academic journal consist of 4 factors which are discussed in this presentation. Also, the three levels of academic journal as well as their specifications are described. This information is definitely useful to the variety of personnel who are involving in publishing the technical papers in the high standard and good quality journal.
