Community Enterprises Management: Effective means to Sustainable Success

Abstract

According to the apparent of Thailand economic crisis in 1997,  the government and various organizations initially paid attention to the importance of economic root by bringing the existing resources as the useful resources. community enterprises then is an alternative to ease the economic problem by using the way of living, local knowledge, combination with natural resources and environments which are available locally become the useful in the form of local community management. Thus, this article is to gather concept in the establishment of community enterprises in order to know each step of its establishment, problem and community requirement. Moreover, the factors that will effect to the success of running community enterprises, including the ways in developing community enterprises under self-sufficient Economy theory assisting them to run business with secure and sustainable. One of important factors for establishment of community enterprises is leader who harmonizes the idea and working from local people in order to have the cooperation working under the concept of cooperative thinking, cooperative working and cooperative benefit. To run the community enterprises with secure, they shall consist of leader carrying with a good characteristic and knowledge searching which leader will be supported and cooperated by academics from local academies, government and private sectors. Moreover, with capability to exchange knowledge and experiences from other communities.  By the way, running of all activities have to base on loyalty, morality and ethic under the Self-Sufficient Economy theory in order to be ready for any changing and serve to problem that may arise in the future.
