The Effective Marketing Strategy of Emulsion Paint in Vientiane, Lao People’s Democratic Republic

Abstract

The purpose of this research study is to study and finding solutions to improving the effective marketing strategy for paints business, in the area of Vientiane, Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR).  By using qualitative research format, the results of analysis show the effective marketing strategy for paints business in the area of Vientiane, Lao PDR, in 2 main aspects. The first one is management strategy, by promoting an improvement of organizational and board structure, setting an official relationship between individuals and resources linking between events, in order to achieve the most efficient allocation of resources. The second is Marketing Mix Strategy, by an adjustment for livable environment, invention of activities, while being aware of health and environmental progress. At the same time improves marketing communications without the use of media via a variety of methods such as a demonstration of the benefits and usage of the product, an exhibition, coupon usage, giveaways, use of stamps and discounts, etc.
