All submitted manuscripts must be reviewed by at least two expert reviewers in the related field via double-blinded review system.

Article Consideration Criteria If an article is rejected for publication by 2 out of 2 (for 2 reviewers) or 2 out of 3 (for 3 reviewers), it will be rejected immediately.
Publication Frequency
1. Frequency: 3 Issues/Year:
- Vol. 1 January – April
- Vol. 2 May – August
- Vol. 3 September - Decemcer
2. Each Issues contains 10-15 manuscripst.
