การคิดเชิงสถิติ : การเชื่อมโยงการคิดอย่างนักสถิติมืออาชีพกับกระบวนการจัดการข้อมูล

บทคัดย่อ
การสอนสถิติยุคปัจจุบันอยู่บนฐานคิดการทำงานกับข้อมูลผ่านการคิดเชิงสถิติ เพื่ออธิบายและทำความเข้าใจปรากฏการณ์ในโลกความจริงตามวิธีคิดอย่างนักสถิติ โดยมีคำสำคัญที่ปรากฏบนฐานคิดนี้ คือ การคิดอย่างนักสถิติ และการทำงานกับข้อมูล บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์และนำเสนอความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างการคิดเชิงสถิติตามกรอบแนวคิดการคิดอย่างนักสถิติมืออาชีพและกรอบแนวคิดกระบวนการจัดการข้อมูล สาระสำคัญของบทความ ได้แก่ (1) กรอบแนวคิดการคิดอย่างนักสถิติมืออาชีพ ครอบคลุมการแก้ปัญหาทางสถิติตั้งแต่การกำหนดปัญหาจนถึงการสรุปผล โดยมี 4 มิติที่เชื่อมโยงกัน ได้แก่ มิติที่ 1 วงจรการสืบสวน มิติที่ 2 ประเภทของการคิด มิติที่ 3 วงจรการซักถาม และมิติที่ 4 ลักษณะบุคคล (2) กรอบแนวคิดกระบวนการจัดการข้อมูล เป็นนิยามการคิดเชิงสถิติระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เน้นการกระทำที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการ 4 ขั้นตอน และ (3) มิติที่ 2 มิติที่ 3 และมิติที่ 4 ของกรอบแนวคิดการคิดอย่างนักสถิติมืออาชีพ ทำหน้าที่เป็นกลไกที่ฝังตัวและกำกับการคิดในแต่ละขั้นตอนของกระบวนการจัดการข้อมูล ในขณะที่กระบวนการจัดการข้อมูลทำหน้าที่เป็นฐานรากการปฏิบัติที่จำเป็นต่อการสร้างทักษะการทำงานกับข้อมูลอย่างนักสถิติ บทความนี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่า การเรียนการสอนสถิติควรมุ่งพัฒนาวิธีคิดเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลควบคู่กับการฝึกทักษะการจัดการข้อมูล และการเชื่อมโยงกรอบแนวคิดทั้งสองสามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการออกแบบการเรียนการสอนเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการทำงานกับข้อมูลให้สูงขึ้น
