การพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้กระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบและการทำงานเป็นทีม เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม สำหรับนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้กระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบและการทำงานเป็นทีม 2) เปรียบเทียบทักษะการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมของนักศึกษาที่ประเมินจากชิ้นงาน 3 ครั้ง และ 3) ศึกษาพฤติกรรม การทำงานเป็นทีมระหว่างการจัดการเรียนรู้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการประเมินทางการศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ จำนวน 33 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบประเมินทักษะการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมแบบรูบริค แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการทำงานเป็นทีม และแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ร้อยละ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวแบบวัดซ้ำ การเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีบอนเฟอโรนี และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การจัดการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วย 5 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) ทีมสร้างความเข้าใจ 2) ทีมวิเคราะห์ปัญหา 3) ทีมสร้างสรรค์แนวคิด 4) ทีมพัฒนาต้นแบบ และ 5) ทีมทดสอบและประเมิน โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญประเมินความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (M = 4.56, SD = 0.45) ทักษะการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมทั้ง 3 ครั้งแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (F(2, 64) = 1093.84, p < .01, ηp² = .972) โดยคะแนนเฉลี่ยรวมเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องจากระดับดี (ร้อยละ 61.87) ไปสู่ระดับดีมาก (ร้อยละ 85.92) และครั้งที่ 3 มีคะแนนสูงกว่าครั้งที่ 1 และครั้งที่ 2 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทุกคู่ การเปรียบเทียบ พฤติกรรมการทำงานเป็นทีมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดีเยี่ยมทุกกลุ่มและทุกด้าน (M = 66.15, SD = 2.20) ผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่า การบูรณาการดังกล่าวเป็นแนวทางที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการเสริมสร้างทักษะการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมและพฤติกรรมการทำงานเป็นทีมของนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู
