Educational Resource Influence Innovators Of An Education Institutions Under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhonsithammarat

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) investigate the educational resources of schools affiliated with the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat, 2) examine the innovativeness of these educational institutions, and 3) determine the impact of educational resources on their innovativeness. The sample consists of 2,661 administrators and teachers affiliated with the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat in the academic year 2023, with a sample size of 338 determined using Krejcie and Morgan's (1970) table. A questionnaire comprising 67 items, measured on a 5-point Likert scale, was utilized as the research instrument, exhibiting a reliability coefficient of .947. Statistical analyses employed include percentages, means, standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regressions.         The research findings indicate that: 1) The educational resources of schools affiliated with the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat, both overall and in specific aspects, are at a high level. 2) The innovativeness of these educational institutions, both overall and in specific aspects, is also at a high level. 3) Educational resources significantly and positively influence the innovativeness of schools affiliated with the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat, with statistical significance at the .001 level.
