The Promotion for Desired Characteristics of Students in Schools that Provide Teaching and Learning on the Dual Vocational Training under the Office of Vocational Education Suphanburi Province.

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) study the promotion of desirable characteristics of students and 2) study the development guidelines for promoting desirable characteristics of students in educational institutions that organize dual education under the Office of Vocational Education, Suphan Buri Province. The research design was a mixed-methods research. The sample consisted of 210 school administrators and teachers in the 2024 academic year and 9 qualified persons who were specifically selected for interviews. The research instruments were a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.97 and an interview form. Data were analyzed using percentages, means, standard deviations, and content analysis.
The research results revealed that:
1) The promotion of desirable characteristics of students in educational institutions that organize dual education under the Office of Vocational Education, Suphan Buri Province, was at a high level overall, as follows: the use of social media, the promotion of learning activities, the improvement of the teaching curriculum, the promotion of the role of students, and the increase in the role of parents and families.
2) Development guidelines for promoting desirable characteristics of students in educational institutions that organize dual education Under the Office of Vocational Education, Suphan Buri Province, it was found that there should be teachers and trainers with knowledge and skills that meet the needs of the industrial sector. There should be a joint committee between educational institutions and business establishments to be an important mechanism in developing the curriculum of teaching in the dual system to be up-to-date and consistent with the skills needed in the labor market. There should be a systematic and continuous development of desirable characteristics of students in the dual system. There should be an opportunity for parents and families to play a role in developing the curriculum of teaching in the dual system. There should be the use of digital technology and social media to evaluate the development of the enhancement of desirable characteristics of students in the dual system.
