Administration of the Student Support System in the Digital Age of School Administrators in the Wiang Kan School Network under Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the management of student care systems in the digital age by school administrators in the Wiang Kan network under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Lamphun, Area 2, and 2) study the development guidelines for student care system management in the digital age using a mixed-method research method. The sample consisted of 90 school administrators and civil servants in the 2023 academic year and 9 experts in the focus group discussions. The instruments used were a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.97 and a semi-structured interview. Data analysis used mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.

The results of the research found that

1) The overall management of student care systems in the digital age by school administrators in the Wiang Kan network was at a high level. When considering each aspect, prevention and problem solving were ranked highest, followed by student promotion and development, student referrals, individual student recognition, and student screening, respectively.

2) Development guidelines Digital technology should be used to efficiently operate the student care system by having both internal and external personnel cooperate, using cloud computing to store data, screen, promote, and organize various activities via social media, including prevention and problem solving. Along with systematic student referrals
