Buddhadhamma Application For Increasing Operational Efficiency on Elementary School Lunch Program Under The Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 6

Abstract

The objectives of this thesis are: 1.to study the level of the operational efficiency on elementary school lunch program under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 6. 2. to compare the opinions regarding the operational efficiency on elementary school lunch program under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 6, classified by personal factors 3.to propose guidelines for increasing the operational efficiency on elementary school lunch program under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 6 by applying Buddha Dhamma according to integrated research methods. The sample consists of 302 people. The research tools are questionnaire and interview. Data were analyzed by frequencies, percentage, standard deviation, T-test and F-test and qualitative research by means of in-depth interviews with 10 key informants by descriptive content analysis.

         The research results found that:

         1)The level of the operational efficiency on elementary school lunch program under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 6 overall is at the high level.  

         2)Results of comparing the level of opinions of government teachers and educational personnel on the operational efficiency on elementary school lunch program under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 6 found that teachers and educational personnel with different genders don’t have different opinions. While age, educational background, position, and work experience have different opinions.

         3Guidelines for increasing the level of the operational efficiency on elementary school lunch program under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 6 by applying the bala 4. It was found that 1) Paññā- bala: training to develop knowledge 2) Viriya-bala: set plans 3) Anavajja-bala: honesty  4) Sangaha-bala:  a volunteer spirit.
