Development of General administration Management Model In The Digital Era For Chiang Rai Special Education center

Abstract

This research aims to 1) study the general administration in the digital age of educational institutions under the Office of Special Education Administration, Chiang Rai Province, 2) study the development guidelines for general administration in the digital age of educational institutions under the Office of Special Education Administration, Chiang Rai Province. The research design is a mixed-method study. The sample group obtained from simple random sampling and purposive selection are 6 educational institution administrators and 60 teachers, totaling 66 people, including 5 qualified persons who were specifically selected for interviews. The research instruments used in the study are questionnaires with a reliability of 0.10 and interview forms. The statistics used for data analysis are percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.

          The research results found that

          1) General administration in the digital age of educational institutions under the Office of Special Education Administration, Chiang Rai Province, is at a high level overall.

          2) The development guidelines for general administration in the digital age, especially clerical and secretarial work, of educational institutions under the Office of Special Education Administration should focus on creating work values ​​for secretarial staff, including community relations and international relations. and resource mobilization. In addition, schools should participate in community development and cooperate in activities that benefit the community.
